If requested by legal authorities, it may be shared with authorized institutions as required by law. Where data is transferred abroad, the conditions set out in the KVKK are complied with.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires, taking into account the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once the purpose no longer exists, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you may:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and the notification of relevant third parties,
• request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met,
• object to an analysis of the processing carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

These rights are granted to you under the KVKK.
