The Damla Cup 4 oz double wall paper cup is made by adding a second paperboard layer around a 100 ml inner cup. The air gap between the two layers slows heat transfer to the outer surface, so very hot espresso or Turkish coffee can be held comfortably without an extra sleeve. The inner cup has the same dimensions as our single wall 4 oz: 62 mm rim, 61 mm height.

Material and packaging
The wall consists of two layers of 260 + 280 g/m² food-grade paperboard; a typical cup weighs around 6 g. Cups are packed in sleeves of 25, 40 sleeves per case — 1,000 cups per case (case 50 × 32 × 42 cm). Weight and packaging values are typical; we share the exact datasheet with your quote.
Single wall or double wall?
For a lighter option, choose the single wall 4 oz paper cup (about 3.2 g); the double wall version offers more comfort with hot drinks and a sturdier feel. For slightly larger hot servings, the 7 oz double wall paper cup is the next size up.
