The Damla Cup 6 oz paper cup holds 175 ml, with a 70 mm rim and an 80 mm height. It is made from 185 g/m² food-grade paperboard with a single PE inner lining and weighs about 4.25 g.
For everyday hot drinks
Sitting between a tea glass and a mug in volume, 6 oz is a common size in office kitchens, meetings and events:

6 oz or 7 oz?
The 6 oz and the 7 oz paper cup share the same body dimensions (70 mm rim, 80 mm height), and their volumes are very close (175 ml vs 180 ml). The difference is the board weight: the 6 oz uses 185 g/m² board, while the 7 oz is available in board up to 235 g/m². For a shorter cup, the 150 ml 5 oz paper cup is one size down.
Packaging
6 oz cups use the same case size as 5 oz (44 × 36 × 64 cm): 60 sleeves of 50, 3,000 cups per case. A full case weighs about 13.5 kg; 20 cases fit on a pallet.
